YDA is excited to announce that we have set up a 3 part workshop series, which will help dancers remove the stumbling blocks that prevent them from achieving ultimate success, taught by Elina Bagshaw (B.Sc., TC RAD, MNLP)

With over 40 years’ experience in the dance industry, Elina’s dance training included Ballet and Jazz. She completed Royal Academy of Dance exams at the Vocational Level and competed at numerous dance competitions throughout North America.

Elina has a lifelong connection with children during which she taught and choreographed Ballet, Jazz and Lyrical for 27+ years at both recreational and competitive levels. Combined with Elina’s fascination of science and how the brain works, her desire to instill confidence and achievement in children led her to open Aim Educational Services Inc. 8 years ago. Aim’s focus has been on academic performance and Mindset Mastery™.

Elina’s diverse background includes teaching, sales, entrepreneur, and being a mother. As a business owner, she is active in the community and is Co-chair of Ladies in Philanthropy for Southlake and an Activator with SheEO. Elina also received the Business Women’s Network of York Region award in 2015 for promoting Literacy. As a leader in training Mindset Mastery™ she speaks, teaches, trains and coaches regularly to both individuals and groups.

Due to Elina’s unique credentials and love of dance, she has combined Mindset Mastery™ with her technical dance skill knowledge and developed Elite Performance Mindset™ for Dancers. This program teaches dancers how to earn the achievement, awards and recognition they are looking for.
