Sabrina has been working in the health and fitness field for more than 12 years as a certified and trained fitness professional. Sabrina has a strong background in gymnastics, dance, yoga, and Pilates. Often, she incorporates these techniques into fitness classes to keep participants motivated.
At the age of 4, Sabrina began her dance journey through Jarret and Joyner Dance Studio in Toronto. She competed in Jazz. Modern, Lyrical, and Acro. She completed her dance Certification through the B.A.T.D. Sabrina is also a certified Artistic Gymnastics Coach through the National Coaching Certification Program.
She enjoys creating innovative fitness programs for individuals of all ages. Teaching fitness techniques and helping people reach their goals motivates her to keep flourishing as a fitness professional. Sabrina holds both a Yoga and Pilate’s certification.
In 2012, she became a nutritionist. She learned many components of healthy living, proper nutrition, lifestyle changes, and has adapted her own approach to obtaining the mind, body, and spiritual connection. Sabrina loves helping people make small steps towards improving their health that can make big differences in their lives overall.
Sabrina believes anyone can achieve their goals through hard work, dedication, determination, sweat and sometimes tears. Reaching your destination is what truly matters!
