SUMMARY:Drive for Show - YDA's 1st Annual Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE! \nOn Friday\, June 21\, 2019 we will be holding our first annual golf tournament at Wooden Sticks Golf Club in Uxbridge. \nThe purpose of this event is to fund-raise for YDA’s sponsorship program. Over the last number of years\, there has been quite an increase in the costs for a competitive dancer to participate in high-level competitive programs. Unfortunately\, many families encounter unforeseen financial circumstances that restrict their ability to continue to support their child’s dance training. To assist these dancers\, we are very excited to introduce our very own scholarship program. \nThis tournament is a wonderful way to kick-off the program and have a great day with all of our participants! The day includes lunch & dinner\, a round of golf\, giveaways and a show (during dinner). \nWe are looking for both players and sponsors. \nIf you are interested please visit this form to register. DESCRIPTION:YDA is excited to announce that we have set up a 3 part workshop series\, which will help dancers remove the stumbling blocks that prevent them from achieving ultimate success\, taught by Elina Bagshaw (B.Sc.\, TC RAD\, MNLP)  \nWith over 40 years’ experience in the dance industry\, Elina’s dance training included Ballet and Jazz. She completed Royal Academy of Dance exams at the Vocational Level and competed at numerous dance competitions throughout North America. \nElina has a lifelong connection with children during which she taught and choreographed Ballet\, Jazz and Lyrical for 27+ years at both recreational and competitive levels. Combined with Elina’s fascination of science and how the brain works\, her desire to instill confidence and achievement in children led her to open Aim Educational Services Inc. 8 years ago. Aim’s focus has been on academic performance and Mindset Mastery™. \nElina’s diverse background includes teaching\, sales\, entrepreneur\, and being a mother. As a business owner\, she is active in the community and is Co-chair of Ladies in Philanthropy for Southlake and an Activator with SheEO. Elina also received the Business Women’s Network of York Region award in 2015 for promoting Literacy. As a leader in training Mindset Mastery™ she speaks\, teaches\, trains and coaches regularly to both individuals and groups. \nDue to Elina’s unique credentials and love of dance\, she has combined Mindset Mastery™ with her technical dance skill knowledge and developed Elite Performance Mindset™ for Dancers.
