DESCRIPTION:Our acro dance camps combine gym based conditioning and stretching exercises with dance technique in ballet\, lyrical and contemporary. Dancers will work on acro skills including aerial work\, balances\, tumbling and contortion movements which they will then integrate into the dance movement to create a variety of choreographic pieces that will be presented to families at the end of the week.
